1.Within Johor Bahru Area: RM 15 per order
2.Within Johor Area : RM 25 per order
3.Out of Johor Area : RM30 per order
Enjoy FREE Shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount in a single order:

Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
Delivery Timeframe during the normal circumstance (within Johor)
After the payment is confirmed and we will process ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
Except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
Delivery Timeframe for out of Johor
The estimated delivery time frame is 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and merchant country's public holidays).

There are only one types of returns. I.e. “Faulty Return Policy”. Please refer to your relevant return policy below. Kindly note that parcel return without verification is not acceptable. Any items returned without Ocean Pacific’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
Faulty Return Policy
If you received a parcel with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items, let us know immediately at onlineoceanpacific@gmail.com so we can make things right for you!
Important note:
1.The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
2.Kindly attach a single photo which includes: The packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.
3.Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
4.Please do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.
5.Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
6.If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other causes, we will proceed to refund your item.
7.For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the product, excluding any voucher(s) used.
8.Any items returned without Ocean Pacific’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
Please be advised that Ocean Pacific tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.
